So far, we have raised almost $10,000, by selling things on ebay, selling adoption bracelets, hosting “World Changers Kids Camp”, having a couple huge yard sales, and through checks in the mail. People we have never met have shown amazing generosity, all to help this little girl! We’ve also recently been selling entertainment books, where we are able to apply 50% of the price of these books to the adoption costs. So far we’ve sold around 15 of these books!
It is humbling to make this need known, because it involves the risk of offending people, and the temptation to feel like we are being a burden, but we also know that it is a blessing for all of us to invest in the life of an orphan, and when we give to one of His little ones, we are giving straight into the heart of the Father.
